MEET DR NAT
Dr Natalja Nabinger de Diaz
PhD ClinPsy, MPsy, BPsy(Hons), BCrim | APS, FCCLP, AAPi
Dr Nat is an AHPRA‑registered Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping you navigate life’s harder seasons with care, clarity, and evidence-based psychology support for mental health and personal growth.
With nearly 10 years of experience across clinical research, educational, academic, hospital and private practice settings, Dr Nat brings an integrative, evidence‑based approach informed by attachment, neurodivergence, emotion, holistic health, and somatic self‑regulation. Her work is grounded in relational warmth and clinical integrity.
Dr Nat is particularly passionate about supporting people who experience life with depth & complexity - including those navigating identity, neurodivergence, anxiety, relational wounds, and the long echo of developmental or attachment trauma.
She offers a space where sensitivity is not a weakness, emotion is welcome, and therapy adapts to the person - not the other way around.
