Important Booking Information
Waitlist Option:

If your preferred appointment time isn’t available, please email hello@sanvt.com.au with 2-3 preferred days and time windows (e.g., “Monday mornings” or “after 3pm Thursdays”) to join the waitlist.
You’ll be notified by text and/or email if a suitable time becomes available.
Cancellations & Changes:

You can change or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled time through your portal or the link in your booking confirmation/reminder email/SMS.

Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.

(If you’re using a referral or funding body such as Medicare, WorkCover, or DVA, please confirm directly with them whether cancellation fees are reimbursable to avoid disappointment.
Accessibility:

The in-person clinic space is located on Level 1 (accessible via a short flight of stairs). Unfortunately, there is no lift access. Telehealth (video) sessions are always available for accessibility or convenience.
Online Booking System:

All appointments are booked and managed through Halaxy online booking system.
Client Portal (optional):

Clients will be invited to set up their Halaxy patient portal. Once set up, you can log in via www.halaxy.com/patients.
Through your secure portal, you can:-
View, book, or reschedule appointments

Complete forms or questionnaires
