Our
Story
SANVT. Psychology Clinic: sanvt (pronounced "zanft") comes from the German word "sanft," meaning soft, tender, gentle, and attuned. It was chosen because it reflects what we believe good therapy should feel like: warm, safe, honest, and grounded in genuine care for the person sitting across from you.

SANVT. Psychology was founded in April 2025 by Dr Natalja (Nat) Nabinger de Diaz, and first opened doors on 13 October 2025. Dr Nat is a Clinical Psychologist with nearly a decade of experience across private practice, clinical research, hospital, and academic settings. After years of working within larger practices, Dr Nat opened SANVT. Psychology as a solo practice in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast to do things her own way: slower where it matters, more thorough where it counts, and always centred on the person rather than the system.

The practice works with teenagers (16+) and adults across therapy and comprehensive psychological assessment, with particular depth in anxiety, trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions (ADHD and Autism), complex presentations, and the intersection of mental and physical health. Sessions are available in English and German, in person and via telehealth.

At its core, SANVT. Psychology exists because we believe that understanding yourself is not a luxury. It is one of the most practical, powerful things you can do for your life, your relationships, and your future.
