SANVT. offers individual therapy (one-on-one) sessions that provide space to explore the difficulties you have been experiencing, develop a deeper understanding of the patterns and ways of coping that may be keeping you stuck, and discover alternative ways of responding to yourself, others, and challenging life experiences.

Diagnostic assessment and clarification for adults seeking a more coherent understanding of longstanding patterns, current difficulties and possible neurodevelopmental differences. Pathways are tailored to the referral question and the information genuinely required.

The table below outlines standard, concession, and complex/out-of-session rates for therapy and assessment sessions. Fees are current as of 2026 and are reviewed periodically. All fees are charged on a pro-rata basis.
