SANVT. Services
Client‑centred care for minds that run wild & hearts that feel deeply.
Trauma‑informed. Neurodiversity‑affirming. Attachment-based.

Whatever brings you here, you’re not alone.
You might be here because you’re feeling overwhelmed - by anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, trauma, parenting, or major life changes.
You might be feeling a stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure where to begin.
Maybe you're noticing patterns that no longer serve you - or you're carrying things alone that were never meant to be held without support.
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes support just means having a space to breathe, process, and grow.
At SANVT. Psychology, we offer client centred psychotherapy and psychological assessment services that are tailored, trauma-aware, and grounded in science. We work with teens (16+ years) and adults (across the lifespan) cross a broad range of concerns, including:
-
Neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, OCD)
-
Anxiety and Trauma
-
Depression and Burnout
-
Grief and Complex Life Transitions
-
Relationship Problems
-
Complex Health & Mental Health (e.g., POTS, PMDD, chronic pain, inflammatory conditions, anti- and post-natal difficulties, birth trauma, etc.)
For Formal Diagnostic Clarification
Comprehensive psychological assessments for adults and older adolescents (16+) seeking formal diagnostic clarification, detailed reporting, or documentation for external purposes such as NDIS, workplace accommodations, or medication support.
These types of assessments are more thorough, include multiple informants, and are designed to give you something beyond a diagnosis - a genuine understanding of how your brain works.
Assessment areas include ADHD, Autism, anxiety, mood, trauma, OCD, personality, cognitive ability, and complex or comorbid presentations.
The outcome of this assessment pathway is
-
a clinical diagnosis,
-
a diagnostic confirmation letter, and
-
a comprehensive diagnostic report with clinical recommendations
which can be shared with referrers or other relevant people (e.g., to access treatment and/or adjustments, e.g., at home, work, school, university).
Exploration For Self-Understanding
Not every assessment needs to be a full diagnostic workup.
An exploratory assessment is for adults who want to understand themselves better, clarify whether potentially underlying condition (e.g., Mood Disorder, ADHD, Autism, etc.) might explain long-standing patterns, or simply make sense of what has always felt "different.
These types of assessments are more focused on you and how you understand yourself, including use of screening measures to help clarify the likely underlying picture. Inclusion of other informants or objective testing, can be added, or upgraded to the formal diagnostic pathway, if desired.
The outcome of this assessment pathway is
-
a clinical opinion letter regarding likely diagnosis with relevant clinical recommendations,
which can be shared with other Specialists (e.g., GP, Psychiatrist, Paediatrician, Psychologists and other Allied Health) to further explore diagnosis or treatment options, where relevant and desired.
